To promote better understanding in the community  towards Foster Children and Fostering Families through education, research and community advocacy.

To encourage the training and education of personnel for work in the field of Foster Care and to encourage the recruitment and retention of Foster Homes.

To empower, support and to advocate for Fostering Families in order to enrich the quality of life for Foster Children.
Caring For Community
The North Olympic Foster Parent Association supports, encourages and empowers foster children, foster parents and biological parents throughout Clallam County.  For nearly 15 years we have provided assistance from the state to help pay for food - often times there is little left over to afford new cloths, school supplies or presents for holidays or birthdays.  This is where NOFPA steps in to help.  Throughout the year we collect donations and organize special events and activities for foster kids and their parents, including a Back Pack Picnic before the school year and a Holiday Dinner where kids are given a stocking full of goodies for the holidays!  We strive to make a difference in the lives of children in our community and depend on individuals and our sponsors to help us make these events and foster support a reality.
